Got a quick question , which accountings programs are you using for your real estate business ?

I am deep into the launch and my primitive accounting method is already falling to pieces.

I’m looking for a program that can “grow” with me (can’t do major expense right now).

I use quickbooks. It is some what of a standard although there are accountants that don't like it. I chose it because my accountant said that's what I should use. That is what he uses.

In addition to the link Debbie gave, Mike Butler has software that works with quickbooks to make it much simpler for property owners. It is sort of a template that works over top of Quick books.
