Appologies I did not explain fully the deal in OREGON below. I reserved these pre-construction homes with intention to buy a few of them for myself. In the mean time I found another project, so I cant close all of them. That is why I am passing them on. I want to make a small margin for my efforts (ie 10K) and the rest of profit pass on to you.
