Anyone need lease purchase tenants?

I have 4 tenants that are seeking homes to lease purchase with an option to buy. They have all been pre-qualified and have option funds available. One in Texas, Tennessee, California, and Maine.

I would like to refer these out to someone until my corporation is formed. The only thing I ask is a bird-dog/finder's fee.
