Free FICO Scores

I was reading the paper and saw where you will be able to get free FICO scores in Florida starting on June 1, 2005. The website is: www.annualcreditreport.com

I got a 404 error message. Maybe that's because I have a foreign IP address. Anyone else have trouble getting to the site?
