In the event one of the people your contacts refers Acqua Liana to ultimately purchases Acqua Liana without another selling broker involved they will be paid 1% commission.
Example, selling price of $29,000,000 = $290,000 to them. This sequence is by far the most desirable for all.
In the event one of the people your contacts refers Acqua Liana to ultimately purchases Acqua Liana with another selling broker or entity entitled to the selling commission, they would have to look to the selling broker to split a portion of the 2.5% selling commission with them. That would be up to them. This is less desirable.
Anyone who is trying to get Acqua Liana sold would need to share with us the names of the people they are attempting to get to purchase the Acqua Liana, the correspondence they sent (they can white out the address) and when they contacted them. That way they could be protected.
