Hi Everyone!
I have some prelim information, but I wanted to put the feelers out there to see what's up.
There is an amateur investor I know who has 26 empty properties in Arlington, TX. They are SFH, and this person initially wanted to rent out and cash-flow. But, being from out of state, he bought without knowing what the market was like. :SM095:
Are there any investors out there with a buyers list for lease/option candidates in the Arlington area? I'm working on getting more information on the homes, but they all seem to be in the same subdivision.
Anyway, I am just opening up some dialog here. Does anyone know of any investors that have a buyers list with no homes to fill? Thank you kindly! :smiley21:
