Hey guys, I am a beginner to RE and as my name indicates, I am a teenager(16). As I am a high school student, and can only make minimum wages at almost every place that will accept teens(usually McDonals,Subway etc...) so I have very little money to start myself off. I am wondering if there are any particular investing methods that can help me build capital fairly quickly so I can begin to move into bigger and more profitable investing.

Thanks in Advance
Rion

Mobile homes. Cheap to get, cash flow pretty good. You'll have to get an adult to sign the paperwork for you, though. With just a few mobile homes purchased right, you won't need that Mickey D's job. You'll make more on notes than minimum wage. Before you get involved with MH's, you really need to get a book by Lonnie Scruggs "deals on wheels". Once you get your cash flow comming in, you can spend more time learning the tricks of the trade on Real Estate Investing.
There are very few deals where you won't need any money. Although there are a lot of "Late Night Guru's" claiming no money down on all your deals and get rich over night, the truth is that someone will have money in the deal. The trick is to using someone else's money. Even if someone gives you a house for free, you'll still have to pay notary fees, filing fees, gas for your vehicle (Heh, or dad's vehicle).
It's really good to see young folks actually contimplating the future. I've read some of your posts, and you seem to have your head in the right direction for the most part. You seem to put too much emphasis on having a lot of money. You need to take a look inside and see exactly what it is that you want. Most people that want a lot of money, aren't looking for cash in the bank, but security. Or there is something missing in their life and they think money will replace it. Money won't replace what's missing (unless of course it's money :smiley1: ). Oh, and regardless of how many greenbacks you've got comming in every month, STAY IN SCHOOL!

You can invest all you want; you just need someone to sign the papers.
