I have checked into a Trailer house to buy in the town I am moving into and it is for $9,995 down from last year of 19,000. It is a three bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage car port and is on rented spot. But when i talk with the Mortgage companies they ask me about things about it and have yet to been able to look at it other than the paper.(BTW found it at Realtor.com)I think it is a sweet deal but with things as they are for me right now I am not sure what to do about it.
Conventional mortgages might be out as my FICO is I think not so good. can anyone please tell me what it is or how i can get it with minimal cost.
Perplexed is more like it. and SCARY as well.

Advise of any kind is very appreciated and welcomed.

Thank you all for the help In advance.

First tell me this, why are you buying the home? And... what are you going to do with it after you purchase it? I can probably help if I know the answers to these questions.

Also- How much is the space rent?
Can the home stay in the park?
Does the home need anthing done to it so it can stay in the park?
What year is the home?
What kind of park is it in?

But the real key is, why are you buying it? investment, re sale, carry the note?
