Filling out a Contract

Can someone step me through or show me a copy of a contract that I use when I sell the MH? I'm kind of nervous about writing one up. I've seen the ones in the back of books I've read, but I still dont quite understand them.

I hope Jim Johnson will chime in on this question. Since a MH is considered personal property rather than real property, I wonder if you use a different contract - maybe one that is much simpler?
