Has anyone purchased Lonnie's Home Study Course? Its $189, but I was curious if it is worth the money? Its a 8 hour CD based course, plus you get all of his forms on CD too.
What do you guys think?

No doubt you'll get one idea that makes you $1,000's, consider it an investment in educational resources for your future. That's fair for Lonnie's forms and years of knowledge. Lonnie is WORTH IT!

Haven't purchased it yet but it's on my list. I have his 3 books and they are GREAT!

Just picked it up off Ebay. It should be here in about 7-10 days. I'll let you all know what I think.

I received the course and have gotten through 2 of the 7 CDs. So far it's good. Pretty much what is stated in the books with a few extras thrown in from what I'm seeing so far. It's also nice to have the "workbook" to refer to while listening. It's like notes that are already taken for you.

I finished the course a couple of weeks ago, and I would highly recommend it. It's inspiring and motivating. If you are serious about dealing in mobile homes and have read Deals on Wheels and Making Money with Mobile Homes, this is the next item to add to your library.

G-Man, thats for the update. Yes, I have read both of Lonnie's other books. I guess I will make the purchase now.

Has he ever updated his book, yet? I wish I was buying Mobile homes for $2,000.00 Try $12,000

That book is 20 years old now is it not?

The course I got is copyrighted 2010 and the Three books (Deals on Wheels, Making Money w/ Mobile Homes, and Taking the mystery out of Money) are all copyrighted 2006. I'm not sure how much different these are from the older versions though. Nor do I know when the first copy came out.

It is hard sometimes to find homes that meet all of Lonnie's exact requirements. I like to find the older homes that have been renovated or remodeled. These are still dirt cheap but look and function well for me.
