This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath asking 60K.
This is on a main highway in middle of fishing and hunting area on .88 acres. This has a one car garage seperate from the house. The house was listed at 80-85K when he bought it. He just has had no time to do the repairs needed.
The only rehabbing it needs is less than 5K. This property is close to a lake as well and wont last long. I know everything else in this house is fine and no hidden suprises as its a family members house but he is relocating out of area. This is just north of Sioux Falls.
