I am looking for seasoned vetrans and purchasers of tax lien professionals. I am needing to set up a workshop. This workshop will include: 1.5 hour seminar in a controlled area ( Hotel or Banquest room). The "Proffesor" will give an intro. What you are about to hear and the do's and dont's. This "Proffesor" needs to be able to answer questions for .5 hours. After the seminar it will entale an actual viewing of potential sale sites, and encouragement of visitation of a sale or auction in the Denton County, Texas area. After the sale if no purchases are made. The question of why not?
What happened? If a sale is made the "professor" gives an overview to some helper of what questions to ask before the transaction is made. This is not a one on one course. This person must be able to speak publicly to at least 10 no more than 15 people. This is a seminar that will work on daily basis with the co-ordinator. It pays $650.00. for 8 hours of hands on training.

Now that is what I am looking for to do a seminar in SC.

I have the convention center to hold 300-500 people and availability of advertising on the local radio for the event. The people would be set up at tables instead of theatre style to enable note taking at a more ease or laptops. This also includes the coffee and danishes at the beginning of the day and a reasonable priced lunch for each person.

I was hoping to have a variety of speakers to cover more than one topic and have each speaker have a time allotted for them. I have not come to a price for each speaker as this would largely depend on how they wanted to do their time slot. Some may choose to do a split on sales and my company cover the expenses or some may require a flat fee. I am open to negotiating. I am hoping to have this in place for second weekend of July 2005.

If interested in discussing further please contact me.
