Wendy Patton???

Does anyone here have any input to provide on Wendy Patton and her course (other than John Michael who already suggested her)? What is her course all about (just an overview of what she is teaching).

I see she has a new book coming out titled "Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and Subject To Deals". I saw some reviews that made it look like this is what she teaches mainly. Is this correct? Anybody used any of her stuff? Any input is greatly appreciated!!

I've heard Wendy Patton speak before. Her focus was completely lease options at that time. I can't say I learned anything about her topic that night, but I did pick up some good marketing ideas from her. This is not uncommon. I listen to other "experts" every chance I get because I never know what I am going to learn, and it rarely has to do with the main topic of their presentation.
