So... it has been a while since my last post. Here is some of the cool stuff I am using in my office to stay in touch and loosen my work load...

teamviewer- desktop sharing software (works on my smartphone)
dropbox- cloud storage for files (access from smart phone)
we scan into dropbox between offices- almost no faxing
odesk- contract admin work
google calendar- we track everything with shared calendars
google voice- free phone #s that you can forward or text from (rings my smart phone)
fax server- uxb800se sharp
google earth- you can measure stuff on google earth
street view- just like driving by
Skype- off site contractors, has great voice and video
Atomic Mail Sender- we bulk email for property leads
(agents emails were generated form odesk contractors)
(we buy mobile home parks nationwide, so we contact almost every state)
packet 8- we have 4 great quality voice lines and one fax- flat fee- $100/mo
dual screen on computer- if you only have one- your 1/4 as fast
docupen- small scanner- like a 10" long pen (very handy)
craigsnotifer... for my droid- searches using rss feeds for stuff all over the us
quickbooks-
remember the milk- task program my assistant can use to tickle my droid

anyway... a office and program update...

and I can remember standing on a box, holding the ear piece to my ear, cranking the handle on the side of the phone and saying into the mouth piece, operator, would you connect me to John's house
