It's always great to see new folks here with whom we can share what we've learned in the School of Hard Knocks. I've been landlording for a bunch of years and I continue to learn from the dedicated landlords at this site.

Dan's book? I probably have about 100 RE related books on my shelves. Dan's book is the first one I've read cover-to-cover in over ten years and is also the first one I ever remember going back to re-read any part of.

One word of caution. Allow plenty of time for the list of links. It took me four days to memorize it.lol

Still being developed, it's a good open resource for research and sharing articles if anyone needs to establish public relations. The reply feature has been stripped from the forum software, so you don't have to worry about harsh remarks from rude people. Also features an Exchange Directory and Free Classifieds.

I just got caught-up at home, now I am back off to the races. I will be back in about three weeks. Plenty of time to read the Magic Bullets Book!
