so now my next step is to find a re attrny who is familiar with creative financing, particularly sub2 deals. mt question is can i get an attorney to look over and tweak a contract that i got from a course to generally use in my sub 2 deals. also i downloaded an option contract on line and would need him/her to help me with that. i did speak with one attrny today who was very nice and informative by the way. anyhow, she explained that she creates custom contracts for each deal. her retainer fee is 1500$ just for the first deal. your comments and advice about using attorneys and their fees please!
