analysis software APOD for free

Hi all. I keep talking about APODs and feel there are probably some of you out there have have not got clue one what I am talking about. So... here is a very basic APOD I came across free... I love that word.... The higher end APODS will do some analysis well beyond this program so if you really get interested in the numbers, you will have to invest a bit of cash for higher end program. Also included here is a sheet to do some analysis on different offers concerning the same property. Happy number crunching!

gee... what does money cost. I guess that all depends on where you are getting it from. If it is from your home equity line, well mine is at about 5%. If it is coming out of savings, what would the money be doing if you were not loaning it to yourself. If it is from another source, like a lender, It would depend on what LTV you were purchasing at, your fico score etc. That question is best answered just before you pull the trigger on each deal.
