3yrs ago her and her husband entered into a lease option contract with the
owner. She told me they fixed things in the home their maintenance out of
pocket was$100.The seller would not fix anything tryed to get t/b to pay
for new h/a/c unit, roof was damaged during hurrican t/b's uncle put a new
roof on for $5000 still not paid is planning on suing. This guy is one slick willy
whl/dealer.There is more but don't want to drag it out.MY Question If I decide
to try and do l/o with this guy how can I protect my option should he accept
that he can't pull a slick willy on me.By the way he broke the lease at the closeing table these people had the appl, survey insect, everthing and he didn't
give anything back to them.I told her to see a realestate attorney one who deals with l/o or creative financing. Thanks for letting bend all your ears I wait
