I have a dilemma, my mother want to walk away from her prop she can no longer handle maint or day to day operations, i will be visiting her within a week here are just some minor details i would like to do but just unsure how toacquire i feel this prop has poten for great fix up to enhance the neighborhood, her appr val 5,700 total assed val 656 with no prop changes it has over an 1.05 acre of land, sits by rr tracks, and flour mill across the street, opposite of the river big corner lot, looking to do 203K but how would i determine the arv and i read about staying away from hard money lenders, strategy is to do major fix up bring to code sec 8 rental so she could have some kind of res income, pls let me know on this :praise:
