Thanks for the invite! Your book and website are sure to be a great resource for many. I got involved in FSBOs back in 1999 simply because I couldn't find what I needed, a simple, inexpensive source of help for the intelligent home seller who didn't want to waste thousands of dollars on hand-holding that I didn't need.
I went on to create allthelistings.com and have since been able to help tens of thousands of other sellers get free exposure and sell their homes.
I wish I could have had the resources of knowledgeable people like Dan when I was first starting out.
