Looking to partner with birddogs in any and all areas that can find deals at 75% and under market /appraised value (with either no repairs or not more then $2,500.00 in repiars needed)
We'll provide the credit needed to purchase properties, you just provide the deal and initial cost (as little as $1,500.00) and keep most of the profit (instead of settling for an assignment fee) .
This is primarily for deals that you can flip quickly (within 12 mths or less).
