This post brings about a very special occassion in my landlording life. This is my 100th post at Dan's site. I am now eligible for the sought-after demotion from Administrator to Senior Member.
Somehow, methinks you will suggest that I get a life. You lose! One of the goals in my life is to repay the landlording society for all the help I received when I was a newbie. When I started out, a small computer filled an entire room, the mouse didn't exist, and there was no internet until Al Gore came along. I've probably helped thousands of LL's since Feb. 98 when 'the other side of town' came into being. I was there daily since its inception, just as I've been here daily since Dan's site was introduced. I'm now finding myself spending less time there to allow myself more time here to work with what I preceive to be more serious owners/managers.
I ask all of you - No! I implore you - to refer your family, friends, neighbors, and even your distant acquaintances who have a serious interest in rental property ownership/management to, at least, visit this site. It doesn't take any more than a visit to get hooked.
Okay. I just kicked myself off of my soap box. My bottom line is to thank Dan for the opportunity to share my experiences with others.
