Right to the point,I am brand...brand ...new to real estate. I have met a man from a company called Genesis Properties LLC. He told me with some cash of 20,000-30,000 He could get me a return of nearly 25-30% within 6 months. I have been reading to see if this exist and I have found another website that offers a similiar deal. How can I trust such a guaranteed return and can someone offer advice to me on this. Be VERY wary of ANYONE who promises returns far outside of the normal, risk adjusted rate of return. If I can get those returns (and I and others on this site do) the WHY IN HECK AM I GOING TO SHARE IT.

Come to think of it, send me your money NOW, I just thought of a way for you to get big returns...signed Charles Ponzi.
