This is primarily for budding and newer investors as well as those who may not be aware of this scam.
I received the below copy/pasted PM last night from someone who joined MB yesterday. If anyone else receives this info via PM or email, delete it immediately. Mortgage elimination scams have been around for a few years are not only illegal, their touted claims are not possible. A number of people have gone to jail and more were recently arrested for scamming thousands of people out of many thousands of dollars each. They allege to have testimonials from satisfied 'victims', not one of which can be verified.
Regardless of the variation of the scheme, they basically tell you that for $10,000 (or whatever) they will have your mortgage eliminated and you will own your property free and clear. You've got to know that just ain't going to happen.
Here's the text of that PM:
The Dorian group has been involved in many illigal activities. When they first started in 2003 they were legally processing these claims and there are several county recorder sites that you can visit that will validate such claims. Now Mr. Heinaman is in prisson. Why they decided to scam people out of therir properties is beyond me. I am personally trying to help the people in my county who were victmized by these careless, cruel people that prey on older citizens However I have done some research that supposedly there is such thing as frationalized banking. and you can sue the bank for litterally millions of dollars by using the administrative remedy which consist of seven step an associate of mine has started and the first form the needs to be issued is called "Notice of international commercial claim within the administrative remedy" google the search and you will find a host of information. After the remedy is complete you take your case to the sumpreme court and sell the judgement overseas for 7 cents to the dollar leaving a client w/ close to 1 million and change. BTW my acssociate is not getting charged upfront fees, but after everything is setteled she agreed to pay 65% to the person doing the "administrative remedy" As far as IRS and Social Security Numbers they are strictly volunary. There are forms that need to be submitted in order to for you to be an "non-enumerated" person. If you would like I will email you what I have.....let me know.
