* Full, unfinished basement (dry and roughed in plumbing for additional bath)
* Located on dead end street
* Needs woman's touch to make it perfect
* Home values in area skyrocketing!
* Could prove to be beneficial to right family and/or investor

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you on your responses but my hubby wound up in the hospital for a while and I wasn't really thinking or doing anything but tending to that matter til it was rectifed.

Unfortunately, this property has been sold and is no longer available. It was located in McHenry, IL in McHenry county, Illinois.
