Here's what I'm looking to beat: I have a client who is currently purchasing land, between 2-4 lots per month, value between $80,000 - $160,000. Currently paying 5 pts, 12% interest with 20% down. Gets his money in a week. Short term loans, paid off usually within 60-90 days. It's a ongoing deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
