Did you know on an average, A Twinkie will explode in the microwave in 45 seconds ?
Most people would not attempt to putting a Twinkie in the microwave to find that out. That would not be the ethical thing to do.

It is often more important to choose a good loan officer, not the institution
Loan officers have two jobs. One is to be your advocate.Getting the loan approved. The other is to deliver quality loans. You want someone who has proven dependableand ethical in the past.

It's Just not the name it's who you are : This is where I come in.

I am not your ordinary loan officer.. (Investors)
I work with Investors and thier clients to get them qualified now or 6-12 months. I run free credit check and let you know if and when they would qualify. Residential Mortgage License In Illinois & Missouri.

Cynthia,

Saw your post and thought that you might be interested in shedding some light on this situation. I've got a client who has found the home he wants to purchase. His present home is in foreclosure thanks to the practices of a very "unethical" lender who unfortunately led him down the wrong track for her (the lender) benefit! Due to this scenario, he's losing his present home and has found another one in LaSalle County, IL that he wants to take advantage of. He has turned to me as an investor to have me purchase the home for him and he then, in turn, will rent until he can outrightly purchase home in anywhere from 6 to 12 months from now. Here's the stickler. The seller is not motivated when it comes to seller financing and he wants what he wants so "he can fix up his new home". Typical answer. He wants straight cash of about $10K with a new mortgage. My client is ready and willing to move and can do it YESTERDAY. Let me know if you think you can help me help my client get into the home he wants in the shortest amount of time and also allow me to pick this home up for an investment as well. Tell me how you and your company work to see if we can get this deal to come together!
