Folks on occasion I like to say thank you for being here. Without you and your personal contributions to answering as well as asking questions we would have nothing.
In three months we have acquired 183 members, (granted not all participate) as I've mentioned before this is o.k. so long as they know we are here when they need us.
We are getting more and more action on the boards and we are building the resources of people to call upon when we need them, I encourage you to tell other knowledgable real estate veterans about the site so we can continue to build our infrastructure of intellectual capital, which we can all rely upon.
Then when you know someone who has a need or question send them over here so we can put our network to work on helping them to solve the issue at hand.
That's my monthly call at recruiting and my heartiest thanks for being a part of a 20 year project, chances are if you can hang with us we'll all become lifelong friends over time.
I hope to invite any and all members of this site to visit in Florida as time goes on and I would also like to travel to other cities to visit you all as well, thank you so much for your participation and let's make this New Year the best one ever! God Bless you all. Dan :icon_buss
