Cash Flow Analysis

I was wondering if anyone out there might have a decent, dependable cash flow analysis form or calculator that they might want to share with me. I have one but I know that there are better ones out there. So, if any of you would be willing to forward this on to me, it would really be appreciated. I'd love to see how "off" mine is compared to the one you use! :SM030:

Just opened it up. Would you believe it's exactly the same one I have? You must have taken the same course that I did!!!!! :grin:

I actually took this very same worksheet and I converted it over to an Excel spreadsheet so that the formulas would automatically calculate out for me but I've been told by a few of my clients that my figures tend to be a bit high but I guess it's all in the way in which you utilize these figures.

Nice to know there's someone else out there that has the same tools as me!
