Which statute specifies the required language in a Missouri Deed of Trust?
I'm trying to determine if, by statute, it is necessary to have a clause to the effect that a tenancy relation is established between the borrower and the Trustee
Example: ...whereas borrowers take premises as tenant of the Trustee and agree to pay as rent therefore the sum of One Cent (0.01) per month until default hereunder...
