I have a limited number of resales in the overwhelmingly popular Reunion Resort here in Orlando. They are only about half finished developing this property with full ammenities such as an equestrian center, Nicholas and Watson signature golf courses, a downtown village area with shops and restaurants, and too many other ammentities to mention here. The 5.5 acre waterpark will be completed along with several high rise condo buildings. These units will START at $800k!

Email me for a list of what I have, everything from 1 br condos to 4/3 villas with private heated pool and spa, or even a vacant golf front lot to build and flip.

With prices going up 7-10% per month these won't last long!

Drop some things onto the board here Denise. Give everyone some security, opportunity and proof of these fantastic claims! I agree Orlando is red hot and it will continue. Be more detailed please!!!!:praise:

Sorry! Not a problem. Here are some resales I got straight from the on site sales office there. I wanted to get an idea of how they were appreciating since there wasnt' much on the MLX.

The one bedroom condos on the Watson Golf course:

3/1/05 $335,000.00 n/a

7/5/05 $380,000.00 13

7/8/05 $400,000.00 5 in three days

These are the one bedrooms which are the only units right now taking in income in Reunion since most are not completed. There are a couple others for sale and are in the same price range as my clients $475,000.00. The new condos to be built around the waterpark, which is close to these 1 br's, are starting at $800k. The least expensive condo you can purchase through Ginn is $585k. To get into Reunion right now for less then $500k is a deal!

The vacant lot I have is in a neighborhood of high priced homes on the Nicholas golf course and includes a golf package. A $515,000.00 price in an area soon to have $1million + homes is another good deal.

The 4/3 villa with heated pool and spa is also in a new area still under construction. With a long wait time for construction and the builder spec home on the market for $798k, one could buy this home and hold it for just a couple months and flip. Of course the longer you hold the more you make. He put 31k in upgrades in the home along with a the pool, garage, and trellis walkway. It has a prive road in the rear for residents only.
