Dear CREIU.com Class:

We as investors LOVE FSBO MARKETING.
FSBOs are EASIER than Landlords and Expired Listings or Present Listings.

As you know in our CREI training, if a FSBO can not sell FAST for their PRICE and their TERMS, and they need to MOVE NOW, there are only 4 choices.

If they are FIRING THEIR AGENT, they can only.....
1. Hire a new agent - bad idea most times
2. Decrease their Asking Price - really bad idea
3. Rent the property out - better but mediocre idea
4. Lease Option the Property with you, then you assign the deal for a fee

If you know the details of item #4, that is great! If you do not, email me about learning the COOPERATIVE LO ASSIGNMENT. coopassignment@falnz.com

We love INCOMPETANT AGENTS. Many are poorly trained.
Many brokers (agents out there don't be mad please) just want their agents to LIST, bring QUALIFIED BUYERS THRU, and obey the state law re: agents.

THAT's IT!

Not landlording.
Not Rent to Own
Not Contract for Deed
Not Wrap-AITD

This is the problem with STRAIGHT COMMISSION - FEAST or FAMINE.

Any way, INVESTORS and FSBOs ONLY, I have a real treat for you.

If you LOVE agents, STOP HERE. go to another post.

We LOVE to STUDY THE BEST AGENT TRAINING and USE THEIR TECHNIQUES!

Here is a GREAT article for you to understand how NEW AGENTS ARE TRAINED TO GET A LISTING from a STRUGGLING FSBO.

Look at the MANIPULATION and PERSUASION!
Look at the disrespecting the INVESTORS!
