Hi Everyone,
I read on allot of inves/websites about rehabers finding homes
for 50,000 to 75,000 dollars and then flip to a rehaber. My question is where
and in what areas of these cities are these properties located, low income
areas, battle zones, gang infested areas.I live on the sun coast of florida and
the only ones I come across are places I would not live.I'd just like to know
where some of these re-hab investers find these property's,do some have
real/est people working for them?Do they just call banks and their loss-mit
dept.If their is somebody in the Bradenton,Sarasota area that do re-habs
I would very much like to network with them. Thanks everyone sorry this
is soooo long.Everyone have a great day tomorrow!! :SM030:

Joe odds aren't to good that you'll find those low dough shows in Bradenton. The cost of housing prohibits most deals like these from ever becoming reality.
You'll probably have to step up to the $150,000 - $200,000 range to find properties that would retail for $250,000 or better after repairs!

One thing you might consider is looking at the most neglected and depressed areas that are poised for a turnaround and start looking hard for the hidden deals there.

Anything south of the skyway is only going to get hotter as the next 20 million boomers age and the fuel oils prices drive people south!

Randy I would say start looking for property which lies outside the bowl! Many people are now going to see how valuable that land really is!

Dan,
I am outside the bowl. Actually north of the bowl, and property here is going fast

Don't wait, get options on as much low cost stuff as possible. It's about to skyrocket!
