Did you think it would grow this fast when you created this website. And what it brought to the investment community. In your wildest dreams did u think it would blossom like it has. I know it has been a god send to me as i have learned so much and have met many here with the same idea's but different twists to the same angle of thought. talk about creative thought patterns and knowledge. There is alot to take in and think about huh Dan.

I created this site with one thing in mind. When I was starting out there wasn't anyone willing to really give me the ammunition to give it a go, then there were those that would educate you to some degree but that was through them making money in the process.

People seem to hoard information as if by telling others they will not have enough or may get beaten out of a deal, this is never the case, there is indeed enough for all who choose to do this biz.

My hope is that the membership will continue to grow, the family will grow stronger, the friendships will develop into long term ones and that everyone will be a little better off as a result of their contributions and support.

My reward is each members individual success and triumph, you cannot buy that feeling at any price. It is priceless! For that I owe you all the greatest of thanks! :praise:

Congrats. This is indeed a monumental milestone which I didn't expect to see until Spring. You done good and should rightly be proud of the great job you've done.

That can and will happen and I'll do what I can to facilitate it when the time is right. At mrlandlord.com I initiated regional get-togethers and the idea took off faster than a car with Illinois license plates. Currently there are such meetings in just about every part of the country. Those fun and informative afternoons introduced me to some great and, hopefully, life-long friends. An example is my 2-day trip to Ohio to see a friend who was unable to make it to one of our quarterly meetings/get-togethers. It's gonna happen or my name isn't Heathcliffe.

a bit about me : im a beginner from the Louisville area looking to learn as much as possible. hoping to break into multi-tenant apartment buildings and commercial office space eventually. im also nearly finished with my RE agent classes.

I have some things I have found on the Internet and saved articles that I can share save a few searches if you like. But definitely get all Dans books he has on this site and read them they wil help. and there are more out there if you search for free real estate ebooks there out there.
look for a forum here call links you will find all you need that Dan has found you will learn a lot there.
