First off, let me thank you for all the time you spent with me late yesterday afternoon going over all the "incorrect and misinformed" information I had learned from other sources. Thank you for steering me in the right direction and helping me to put my head back on the right way so that I could devote my efforts towards the right direction of investing in real estate. Thank you, thank you, thank you. There aren't many like you out there that would spend the time you did with me yesterday. Believe me, I will never forget what you did for me. WHERE and who do i get money from without putting my family on the line the safe way.I am been educating my self on RE evey day but holding back.I desperatly want to get this off the ground pls..............help

Ren, act as though you already have the money. Once you find a screaming deal and can articulate to a partner how you will make X amount of dollars by doing X and x, at that point the money will FIND YOU!

Find the great deal and put the clause in contingent upon partners approval or upon obtaining a loan in the amount of x dollars. Find the deal!
