Starting in January, in addition to my present position at Franklin First Financial Bank, I will be assuming a new post at a new company. My new job will be purchasing defaulted notes in bulk directly from the banks at .20-.30 cents on the dollar.

The majority of the notes will be brought current solely to refinance them out of our note and bringing them to a new lender making a hugh profit off of our investment. The notes that can not be brought current will be retained in a portfolio and sold to real estate agents, investors, and current clients of mine.

The company is bringing me in to oversee the residential market so they can further expand into the commercial market. This in itself a huge opportunity for investors to graduate into the commercial market.

If anyone wishes to take advantage of this opportunity it is in you best interest to start doing business with me now. I am licensed in these states: NY, NJ, CT, MA, FL, GA, NC, MI, CO, and MD.
No loans under 200k.

Pardon my lack of knowledge in this area. But suppose I had $200k. Would I buy 200k worth of notes for .20 to .30 on the dollar and re-sell? Or is cash flow the objective. For example, buying a $100k mortgage for $30k then receiving the monthly mortgage payment. Please elaborate.

Sorry for the misunderstanding but the notes are note available for purchase. The notes that I have left over will be distributed to my clients for 60-70 cents on the dollar.
