Hi everyone,
I need some advice:I have invested a few years never ran into
divorced home.I was contacted by a I only meet 3 times,seems he has just
5 months he has a home he wants to sell bad.I need some thoughts on how
and what to offer.I saw the home 1 time nice would like to do a l/option on
it.He had it listed for 90 days at 320,000 recently reduced to 299,900 down
21,000.I don't know if him and ex will go for it.I was thinking of offering an
equidy split If I can get good terms.Anybody have any other creative ways
to do this deal.I need advice pronto I see him at 5:00 pm.Thanks and have a good day!!
