I just read on another forum a great marketing idea.
To place bandit signs in a yard... offer the owner a free pizza gift certificate once a month.
Have flyers at your local pizza place, have then send it out on their pizza boxes or take an add out on one of their flyers.
makes ya go hmmmmmmm

the only problem with that is chains like Pizza Hutt wont allow other people to advertise thru them. But the moms and pops probably will for the money>

While your on your pizza binge, don't forget to give the drivers your bounty hunter cards, they often spot vacant homes and new for sale signs the day they come out.
Why not pay people to drive around with magnetic signs on their cars as well, this creates the appearence that you are everywhere and in fact you will be, because different people go different places and circulate in entirely different areas of town.
I think one of my favorites is to give the $500.00 bounty hunter cards to Electric, water, phone and cable guys as they are usually in a good position to know when homes go vacant, police also know when a divorce is imminent but that's another story.
The ultimate weapon is a direct mail campaign but that is the subject of another post.

I love the idea of paying people to drive with magnetic signs on their cars. :praise:
And the delivery driver's. here in the ozarks we see older people doing the delivery because they indeed need the second income. Some of those people have signs on their doors for thier own business... hmmmmm :SM001:
Our little throw away paper in town costs $10 a week to run a small add if you catch them on their "sale" days.
Watch the legal papers for "filed for divorce" and criminal arrests. Then solicit the families. I mean, if someone has a HUGE bail, they are gonna need $. Just a thought.

Triggers, triggers, triggers this convesation is a fine example of the triggering effect of cross communication, regarding your bail comment above, it doesn't hurt to also establish the fact that you are in a position to buy forfeited property from bail bondsman that people have put up as collateral for bail but when the child of hubby skipped the bondsman finds himself with real estate that they don't really want.
Just make them aware that you're the solution and get in the rolodex for possible deals out of the blue in the future!
