Can anyone provide any feedback on Apartment / Commercial RE bootcamps they have attended?
I'm specifically looking for information on Scott Scheel's bootcamp but I would also like any serious recommendations that anyone has on other products.
Thanks!

Why not attend his 1 1/2 hour free teleconference to see if you would like to continue pursuing Scott's training? http://www.learningannex.com/default.taf?sctn=&_function=detail&cnum=EXT2VC&cat=online_classes :SM053:

Thanks. I'll probably get on the teleconf.
I have actually already seen Scheel in Dallas at the Learning Annex Weath Expo. I have his home study course and was considering his bootcamp but I have seen some negative reviews. I'm still considering going but wondering what other people have experienced - or if anyone has had a good experience at another Apartment / Commercial bootcamp.
I've never done a boot camp, so I can't help there. I'm here to suggest looking at www.johntreed.com for another critique of Scheel. I've never heard him speak, so I can't speak to his worthiness, but seeing bad reviews isn't necessarily a bad thing. Nobody can please everybody. If the number of bad reviews exceeds the number of good reviews, it may be time to rethink your plan.

Thanks for that website. I found the information on the gurus rather interesting. Scheel wasn't listed but I sent John a quick e-mail to see if he had any comments.
I fully understand that there will always be people who aren't happy with a product. Even if there are flaws in the product's structure I am just curious if it has any real money-making information during the 4 day training. I'm self directed enough to put those ideas to action if it is of value.
I have no doubt that you will probably get an overload of info at most or all bootcamps if the host is reputable and the course very specifically covers the type of investing you've chosen. Many gurus cover several investment strategies and that's what you don't want. You want someone who talks almost exclusively about your type of investing, so research the gurus before selecting one for whom you'll be buying a new golf cart. Bootcamps aren't cheap, so you want to be sure you're going to get what you're paying for.
