Investor Looking For Contractors in Flordia

I am flying into Tampa at the end of the month looking to buy and fix up property. I will be staying in Land O Lakes, Florida.

I need a list of contractors that I could contact once I buy the property. How do I go about this?

It would probably be best to have someone you know and trust recommend a contractor but it seems that isnt possible.

I would check out www.servicemagic.com , havnt used it but it sounds interesting and worth a quick peek.

Also just do a google search for Land of Lakes, Florida contractors and it will come up with the yellow pages giving you a list of contractors.

I would definately try very hard to find a referral. You do not want to see your deal get messed up because of a bad choice on a contractor.
