Thanks for your interest, Dan.
I just shot Rick an email inviting him to come tell us all about himself.
Due to my condition (CRS) I don't recall all of the details he has given me in the past. If I recall correctly he was heavily involved with DFWREIN - The Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate Investor Network - back in the day.

HI Dan,
Quick Bio
Started investing in 1983 in Dallas with RAND(Robert Allen Northing Down club) That club became AIREO (the aireo.com one)
First house bought in 1983 in Dallas
Today I have 33 in Dallas, Texas, Lawton Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I hold a BS in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. Written about in 2004 December Money Magazine When dfwrein (the newest club in DFW)started up I was one of the 10 directors who guided and supported the club. I was and still am doing "focus groups" and participating in "bus trips" for the newbies.
I've done "group" discussions at AIREO and at DFWREIN meetings.
I've also lead foreclosure groups as well as mentoring several folks. I am a Real Estate Coach working with Lou Castillo and Mike Litman.
President of Heleon Property Management Co. We have a Dunn and Bradstreet rating. Associated with a Six State Foreclosure/Loss Migitation Company located in Carrollton Texas. Last year I participated in the buying/selling of over 1 Million dollars in Real Estate. I will definitely break that record this year since I'm focusing on luxury homes more this year. Aldo, you rascal.
Sorry about that. This is such a super family-oriented site that I don't want to risk losing new family members who might be over-sensitive. Another factor is that, if you give one person a nickel, the next will demand a dime.
I hope you understand.

I DO understand and I'm on my way now to wash my mouth out with so@p.
Been there and done that. Mom is a great lady, but you can't forgive everyone for everything.
Try to avoid soaps that offer anti-perspirants, such as Irish Sponge, which will make you really thirsty for about a year.

Really? Hmmm. That's an idea for the upcoming day when my girls spits out foul language.
Irish Spring (um, Sponge) is now on my next grocery list.....Hope it'll still be good years from now when I'll need it for my girls' mouths.
You serious? I thought that behavior correction procedure fell by the wayside many years ago. Truthfully, methunk that wasn't done nowadays since it's probably been ruled as cruel and unusual punishment. Hey, where's Howard when we really need him?

LOL Why not? My mom did to me and my two brothers once----we never used a foul language again....
Well, except whenever I stubbed my toes....
Plus, I did check with the pediatrician---little soap is not harmful.
If having a "Very Displeased Mommy Look" and a talk doesn't work, soap will be next. HOPEFULLY, once will only be enough....
