Any Tenant/Buyers in Florida????

People are suddenly throwing properties at me now that I am looking at these 'sandwich' deals. But before I get into this any further....can anyone tell me if they are having issues currently finding tenant/buyers?

There are so few traditional buyers out there I want to make sure the tenant/buyers exist before I tie up these properties.

a simple ads: no bank qualifying! rent to own!

I want to make sure the tenant/buyers exist before I tie up these properties. tie it up! and have the seller's agree to your terms

subject to finding a tenant/buyer's or agree to start making payments in 30-60 days from today. you will sleep better if you get your terms period.
