Hello All,
As you can see I'm a newbie... like way new. I would really like to learn about tax lien investing. Can you point me in a direction that will help facilitate this process?
Thanks In advance.

007,
A good place to start is to seach these archives for "tax lien". You will get some good info.

Girl 007, I am pretty good at tax lien investing. If you need any help I might be able to do so?
Thanks
Before doing anything else, check local laws regarding tax Liens. I became interested in them and spent forty quarts of time studying them and was quite ready to jump in. I grabbed my list of do's and don'ts and headed to the courthouse where I was politely told Wisconsin doesn't do tax liens.

The reason is it is a DEED state and the different counties within the state only except "certain" bids that are current market value for the property (so there really isn't a deal there) and nothing lower. Maybe if the citizens of that state put more pressure on the powers that be to do this it might change some day?
I hope that helps?
