Flagler & Volusia are dead for new construction so I'm looking for a new zipcode. I want to stay in new home sales as well as begin to purchase/sell/lease, but of course need some income. I'd prefer to stay in the north half of the state, but would really appreciate some suggestions about where sales are alive!
