I work with a company that is the absolute #1 real estate education company in the world (although I'm a little biased). We can teach any beginner how to become a full-time investor and make a lot of money doing it. Please contact me for details. If you've never done a deal or if you have a few under your belt but want to take it to the next level, I can show you how.

Tell us more about it, please.
IMHO, it's rather silly to talk about something and not show it. It's unproductive, therefore nothing to get people excited about it.
Thanx. Debbie
P.S. - if I come off critical--my apology---it's not my intent. I just do not know how else to phrase it.

Please - no need to apologize!! Well, it's a lot of information to get into but I'll do my best. The company is called Nouveau Riche. They have developed a 3 prong investing system if you will. The first area they focus on is education. They actually have a real estate investing encyclopedia that will highlight different aspects of real estate investing every month. These areas include everything from profiting from mortgages to multi-family to short sales and even a session on raising private money. They also have a college that is taught by real estate professionals (not gurus) which is actually accredited by the American Council on Education, which means you can take these courses and the credits can be transferred to over 1100 universities nationwide.
The second thing they offer is called the Investor Concierge. From your computer you can view properties that are available for purchase. The company that runs the Investor Concierge (Real Market Experts) will fix the property if it needs it, find tenants, and handle the property management. They even have mortgage contacts who deal strictly with their investors. These properties are in hot markets such as Phoenix, Atlanta, Las Vegas as well as some up and coming areas like Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
The third aspect is cash flow which will come from the properties themselves as well as the ability to market the products with a 50% commission. I'm posting my website for this opportunity. If you feel like you're being "sold" something, I apologize. I Invite you to check out the web site, though.
A little background on me -- I've been investing for a year and own 8 properties - 7 on my own and one with a partner. At one time I owned 14 with a partner, but we split our properties and went separate ways. I absolutely love real estate and will be a full time investor by June 1, 2007.
Kind of a long post, I know....and again I don't really mean to come across as a salesman, but I truly believe this adds value to anyone wanting to be a full time investor giving them all of the information to go out and be successful all in one place. By the way, the professors in the college will even partner with newbies!!

You didn't come across as a salesman at all. Instead, you did a great job of describing the products your company offers. There are a lot of beginning investors, a lot more tire kickers, and still others wishing to expand or change course, so your offer is a really good fit here.

Hello:
Very impressive web site!!
It appears to be revolutionary.
If it delivers 1/2 of what it promises, it is excellent.
Music is cool too.
MY QUESTIONS:
1) How do you find out more about classes and courses?
Who instructors are? and their credentials?
Cost of courses and classes?
2) The education seems to be a "one stop shop" and likely great for beginners.
Newbees seldom get a comprehensive place to go.
This could be an answer.
What about experienced investors, any way to decipher which classes would be suitable for them so they aren't sitting through a class or listen to a program that may be too basic for them?
3) The portion of the company dealing with purchase and management of property.
Clearly someone not from an area couldn't adequately value a property just from numbers.
Are those franchised or various branches?
4) Is company looking for instructors?
Franchises?
Properties?
I have lots more questions....
Thank you.

The compnay's main website has more information....www.inwiththenew.com. The professors will likely be no one you've ever heard of. No gurus. In fact, they originally started out with gurus but found that those individuals only tried to upsell the students to their own programs so they scrapped the entire faculty and started over. Each class is a full day of instruction and covers not only basic information on a topic but gets advanced as well, so it is likely that an experienced investor will learn new information.
The Real Market Experts is in fact a franchise. To be totally honest, I'm really not sure if they sre looking for properties, but the college is in fact looking for more instructors. If you'd like to contact me directly or send me your contact information, please feel free to do so and I'll call you to answer more of your questions.

Guys,
Please hit the web and do some research on Nouveau Riche. There are write ups about their program on several sites including the creative investor.

Not trying to bad mouth them as I do not know the details just I seem to recall a lot of bad press in the past.

I tend to agree with BrianB.
I have been to a few of these so called seminars only leaving feeling like I had just been "flim flammed". (Is there such a word as flim or flammed?)
I was dumb enough about 10 years ago to invest in the Carlton Sheets crap only to return it for a refund.
Truthfully, I have gained more knowledge about REI on this website and downloading free information than I could have ever learned from paying thousands of dollars for rei boot camps, etc. I probably have a couple of gigs of information that I have downloaded for free over the last year or so that cover every type of rei imaginable. My forte' is Tax Deeds.
It makes you wonder if these people really made their money from re or by selling their bag of goods?
The people on here are the best. I hope to be able to donate to this site in the future and feel like I actually have contributed.

Okay, these are the information I found, some of which Brian already uncovered:
1) New kid on the block in the world of RE Guru's known as Nouveau Riche. This group sells exclusively products from Dolf de Roos (one of Robert Kiyosaki's "Mentors"). They are springing up a lot in Utah and Arizona, as well as several other countries (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and England primarily).
2) The Ripoff.com has covered this company.
3) Products from Dolf ---- well, it's interesting. Plus, I found some information about Dolf de Roos from this link: http://www.programcritique.com/subcategories/RealEstateOpp/DolfDeRoos.html?o
vchn=GGL&ovcpn=dolf+de+roos&ovcrn=%22dolf+de+roos%22&ovtac=PPC&GCID=GCID=S1689x001-Red%2B%2D%2BReal&KEYWORD=%22dolf%2Bde%2Broos%22&cpao=111&cpca=Red%2B%2D%2BReal%2BEstate%2BOppurtunities&cpag=Dolf%2BDe%2BRoos&kw=%22dolf%2Bde%2Broos%22&ppcseid=2019&ppcsekeyword=dolf+de+roos&mmtctg=263404817&mmtcmp=7496657&mmtmt=3

I look at this subject different from those stated above.
I wasnt and I am not looking for these folks to be the answer to real estate investing. NOONE has all the answers.
I place no value on the opinion of the masses. (unless someone shows me that a company is unethical or dishonest). The fact that some disgruntle customers didnt succeed with a course, I place no value on their opinion of the value of the information.
I have heard many folks who failed in the stock market or real estate who blamed and sued Wade Cook. Wade always motivated me and I learned a lot from his ideas.
In viewing the web page, I see some unique ideas that can help newbies and make anyone money.
I believe anyone can learn from almost everyone. For example when I am preparing for trial on a legal cases I ask everyone's opinion and input, not just lawyers, I ask the secretaries, the janitor, everyone.
As far as real estate, I am a broker (1982) a lawyer (1984), an investor,
and yet I constantly learn new ideas and strategies from books seminars and classes. I attend over 100 credit hours a year in classes.
Who knows how many books I read a year.
Sometimes I may already know something and have forgotten it or I learn a new twist.
About a year ago I attended a free seminar and learned a financing strategy that I had already done a couple of times by accident but didn't maximize it. I have now gotten many $1000s of dollars borrowed real cheap from that one simple combination of ideas.
I often learn one or 2 ideas from every course or seminar or book that I attend.
Since he was mentioned, I picked an idea from Carlton Streets years ago that has almost eliminated any late rents.
One good thing about Carlton and some others is he gets folks to START. Start is important.
I have learned simple ideas that have returned $100Ks.
You mention, Dolf de Roos, I actually like many of his ideas.
Opinions vary.
EDIT: That having been said, I have no opinion on these folks yet.
I will not be swayed by testimonials nor bad press on the internet.
I need to see their materials or course to decide. I won't be writting them a $16K check based on promises either.
MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!!

P.S. Scott do you know Nancy or Chad?
ftinvestor
06-11-2006, 11:43 PM
I'm not sure which Nancy or Chad you're referring to......sorry.
Nouveau Riche does not sell Dolf DeRoos courses as previously mentioned. They were once affiliated with Dolf when first getting started, but as I mentioned they scrapped that whole program to bring in professors who are millionaire real estate investors but don't market their own products. As I said, the gurus they used when starting up a few years back tried to upsell the students to more courses, which was/is not the goal of the founders, Jim Piccolo and Bob Snyder. Their goal is to make real estate education accessible to everyone. Students are given 2 years to complete the courses and can retake any courses at any time so that it sinks in. I believe this is the closest thing to a degree in Real Estate Investing that there is and to receive the accreditation from the American Council on Education says something as well. The fact is, and I'm sure that everyone would agree, is that the course that spurs someone to consistent, persistent action is the best course and in this program there are 20 of those courses to chose from. My guess is that for someone with any motivation one of those course would provide that poke in the rear that we all (especially me!!) could use from time to time!

Where are the classes located?

Debbie,
Trust me - I'm not the real thing, only a student of the game. But I do firmly believe in this product. The next college is in Phoenix in July - the 24th through the 29th. I know you'll be impressed if you decide to attend.

Also, should you and Jeff both decide to go, you can sit in on different classes or the same ones, but the price of the college can be split between two partners. Remember, all courses can be retaken within a two year period, so you could in effect go back and take the courses that Jeff took previously and vice versa.
I look forward to your feedback - you're obviously seasoned investors. I am committed to a lifetime of education and will continue to learn every day I'm on this earth.

The concept of the classes seems sound. The content and quality of the classes is what I would explore. As I said any education is good.
I am also wanting more information on the property location program.
I love seminars and conferences. Having successfully invested in real estate for 25 years, I am not sure how beneficial sitting in college classes would be for me. I have a couple of college degrees and don't need another :>).
The information may be helpful but the time demand seems like it may not be productive for experienced folks.
I would be interested in purchasing and reviewing the courses.
Can we buy the courses without joining the class of the month club?
I prefer to just buy the courses and review them at my pace.
Instead of a course a month for 2 years, Id likely review all of them the first month.
The benefit of the training depends on the content of the materials and the quality of the professor. If this is all academic and theory, as most college courses, I wouldn't find it very useful for the real world investing. In fact that is why I started teaching asset protection because I saw many probate lawyers teaching theory and as a trial lawyer I am in the real world.
Nancy and Chad are the Georgia and FLa reps for the company. I live in Ga.
Can I get my questions answered from you or should I contact the area rep?
Thank you for sharing with us.

Chad Wade is the area developer for Florida. It seems like the best way to go would be to do a three way call with all 3 of us. Or I can call Chad and see if I can give you his phone number.....I don't like to just give out cell phone numbers without asking.
As for the college - it actually is a college and is held quarterly. However, you can get the classes on CD or DVD if you choose. For a beginner I would recommend being there because it gives the opportunity to network with experienced people which is invaluable in my eyes. For you, it's probably not as important.
Send me your contact information as well as the best time to reach you and we'll give you a call. By the way, this IS a terrific site! I actually like this one better than creonline.com because it seems like it is really geared towards helping new investors. I'll be spending many hours here!!
