I own 6 oceanfront condos in myrtle beach, South Carolina (DIRECT OCEANFRONT, A CLASS BUIDLINGS, HIGH RISE and all are rented) and I won't be able to make July's payment..I need a quick sale to take over mortgages OR BUY THE MORTGAGE NOTE...I am selling at mortgage prices OR SELLING THE MORTGAGE NOTE ....there are lot of equity in the properties... the problem is that I overextended myself and I had personal circumstances..if you need info about the properties, see attachment. You can view the building and pictures from the website of the attachment..the website is listed next to each condo..I need to sell ASAP to preserve credit. Please note that almost all loans in these ones are ASSUMABLE (SO IN REALTY the only non assumable is around 207K so you can get a loan for the $207K ..If you qualify for assumption..attached is market value according to the appraisal. I AM EXITING WITH MY CREDIT
