The Federal Government has done it again.
Here is your opportunity to purchase property for .50 on the dollar, reduce your taxible income and provide necessary housing.
How you ask? Federal GO ZONES
The feds have designated certain counties effected by last years hurricanes as GO Zones, where you can depreciate the value of the property 50% in the first year + if the property requires renovations, you can claim additional expenses.
Purchase a brand new $600,000 condo on the ocean in Miami and depreciate 50% in the first year! TRUE!!!!!!
