COO/Partner of a large-scale commercial mortgage company seeking alternative means of construction/land financing. I have multiple land/construction loans and need more options. I am currently dealing with some very high-end clients. Need the ability to finance at least 1MM, and up to 35MM.
I will require a list of references and a portfolio of at least 5 deals over 5MM in the last 6 months.
