Hello fellow investors,
I have a contact, who has been job transferred to the Daytona area.
They are in need of a house to rent in the area.
I of course, have nothing there for them.
So, here is what they need:
3 - 4 bedroom, 2 - 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, preferably with a screened lanai with a pool, but it won't break the deal to not have one.
Seeking rent for approx. $1500/month.
I'm fairly certain these folks are seeking what I call a 'typical florida house', that is CB stucco, with a large open kitchen, floor plan, perhaps split plan.
They need the place like yesterday, as the employer is wanting them in FL ASAP.
So, anyone with anything for rent, fitting the above description, or near it, please contact me ASAP to be put in touch with these potential tenants.
They'll be in FL this coming weekend to look at places, and secure one. (August 4th - 7th)
