Hello all,
Well, if you have been here at magicbullets.com for a little while, you may already know who I am.
I have posted previously, and tried to contribute to the forums here when I can.
Dan was kind enough to ask me to stop by this topic and introduce myself formally, so here I am.
I'm not real formal though, so bear with me.

I am Jim Mitchell, known by a couple different nick-names online.
Here and on most forums you will notice my posts under the name "Jim FL", beause that's where I am living my dream life as a full time investor in the sun.
I'm also known in some circles as "The Biker Who Buys Houses" and as a result, now sell a book titled the same.
I invest full time, and teach investing part time over at my website, www.REmentors.com

I'll be here frquesntly, as I think Dan has really started something nice and really and truly enjoy being able to participate.
My specialty with regard to my teaching REI is the "subject to" deal, but I practice and use MANY methods for buying and selling real estate, so fire away questions on just about any REI related topic.

Dan, job well done here sir, the website is really turning into a community.

Glad to be a part of it,
Jim FL

I would like to add that you are part of that community Jim and it is the participation of each of us that can make it something special. I find myself continually humbled by all of the wonderful people who contribute and come here with helping each other out in mind.

Thanks for your support Jim, you are indeed a real asset to our little home on the web! Thanks for letting folks know who you are, what you do and where you can be found!

Folks go on over to Jims forum and say hello, he is always seeking to help others and has a lot of information just waiting for you there! Thanks again Jim! :praise:

Might you be the "Jim" who did the down and dirty PD work?

Just a quick note to say hello - and to say to Dan -- thanks for all that you're doing. I'm impressed with your focus, drive and determination on helping others to help themselves become more financially productive in their future.

Thanks for all that you do!

I just love it when the leading Master Chief of the entire Coast Guard drops by for a visit! Thank you so much for your kind words Master Chief. It's so nice to have you visit the troops now and again! :praise:

There is a rather new landlording guru who is a former police officer that worked under cover on drug crimes while landlording when off-duty. His first name, I believe, is Jim and he's from a southern state. Being in Wisconsin , I guess most states are southern states. It appears that I missed my guess and apologize for that.
